Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Crowdfunding regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. Any failure by us to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.

Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
